He was predeceased by: his parents, Roscoe C. Rowe and Ellen M. Reilly Rowe; his wife Jane Nazel Murphy; his brothers, Donald E. Rowe and Francis Rowe; his son-in-law Carlos Johnston; his former wives, Louise Hendershot Rowe and Ann Perry Rowe; and his close friend Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Ronnie H. Rowe of Birmingham, AL, Robert Rowe (Kathy) of Malone, Rick Rowe (Cindy) of Malone, Sherry Spooner (Mark) of Malone, Robin Johnston of Moriva, NY and Judy Messier of North Bay; his stepdaughter Mauve Snyder of Moira; and his daughter Viola Rowe. He is also survived by twenty-seven grandchildren; and thirty-six great grandchildren.
Graveside services will be held after the COVID-19 restrictions are lifted.
