Patsy of North Bay, New York, born in Clinton, New York, who passed away on January 27, 2024, at the age of 98, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Harold, Sr. Morgan and Frances Morgan (Roach); her husbands, William West and Dominick Patsy; her daughter Elaine West; and her siblings, John Morgan, Harold "Buddy" Morgan, Jr. and Patricia DiGaspari.
She is survived by: her children, Norman D. West of Camden and Antoinette "Toni" Franklin of Orcas, WA. She is also survived by grandchildren and great grandchildren; as well as several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
In her memory, contributions may be made to the Opportunity Shop (Food Pantry and Thrift Shop), 128 E. Center Street, Canastota, NY 13032, with envelopes available at the funeral home.
