He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles Skinner and Mary Metott Skinner; his wife Diane; and his siblings, Terry Skinner (Kathy), David Skinner (Margaret) and Donna Skinner.
He is survived by: his children, Andrew Skinner (Jackie) of Blossvale, Katrenia Larkin of Oneida and Tracy Bach of McConnellsville; and his brother Charles Skinner (Chucky).
