He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Lewis and Elizabeth Lewis (Godfrey); and his sister Nancy Sobel. He is survived by: his children, Edward, Heather and Kevin Lewis; his great-niece Colleen Finster; and also Lindsey. He is also survived by several grandchildren; and several nieces, nephews and cousins, including a special niece.
