He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Potter and Marion Potter (Merritt); and his former wife Shirley Mae Downer. He is survived by: his wife Debra J. Baldwin; his stepson John Lamica (Michelle Jeror); his daughters, Monique Rock and Chelsea Burnett; his stepdaughter Laura Masch (Terran); his stepbrother Hubert Litzenberger Jr.; his sisters, Norma Barnhart (Donald) and Shirley Squadriato (Tony); his stepsisters, Valerie Haag (Dan) and Bonnie Duffy (Leo); and his grandchildren, Krisandra Munson and Osten Munson.
