She was loved and cherished by many people including: her husband Stephen; her children, Marisa Malandro (Anthony) and Michael Frias (Jessica); her grandchildren, Matthew, Bella, Jason and Chris; and her brothers, John Defalco (Donna) and Vincent DeFalco.

Patricia's Family asks that in lieu of flowers, donations be made in Patricia's name to St. Jude's Children's Hospital .
