He was predeceased by: his father David R. Cotter; and his stepson Jake Ladouceur. He is survived by: his wife Debbie Cotter (Myers); his son Ty Cotter (Hannah Zenger); his mother Mary Talarico Cotter; his sisters, Melissa Cotter (Jennifer Mackenzie) of Medford, MA and Margo Cotter Bailey (Mark Burd) of Wellsboro, PA; and his parents-in-law, Jean and Joseph Myers. He is also survived by spouses, his many nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts and friends.
