He was predeceased by: his parents, Donald Bixby and Irene McGee Bixby of Norfolk. He is survived by: his daughters, Mindy Bixby and Leigh Rodriguez; his grandchildren, Mollie Curtis of Canton, Bowen of Canton, Tate of Canton and Neiva Rodriguez of Canton; his siblings, Beth Davis (John) of Fletcher, NC, Joel Bixby (Jennifer Baird) of Lisbon, NY and Roy Bixby (Jennifer Hazen) of Malta, NY; and his wife Louise A. Young. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
