He was predeceased by: his granddaughter Angel Grace Phillips; his sister Vicky Phillips; and his parents, Allen Phillips and Jean Deugaw. He is survived by: his wife Constance "Connie" LaBaff-Phillips; his children, Chad Phillips, John Williams (Dawn LaFlair), Robert Douglas Phillips (Taslima DeShane), Bobbie Jean Phillips and Candis Phillips (Roger Bevins); and his sisters, Naomi Phillips (Carl Monroe), Robin Hoyt, Rita Moniere and Joyce Garrow. He is also survived by 24 grandchildren; 4 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
