With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Martin S. Manley of Norfolk, New York, born in Potsdam, New York, who passed away on July 23, 2021 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his brother Steve Manley; and his parents, Lorna Manley and Pete Manley. He is survived by: his wife Sarah Manley; his grandchildren, Dean Manley, Leah Manley, Kyle Bond and Garrett Bond; and his siblings, Marcia Everett and Brian Manley.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to Hospice of St. Lawrence Valley.
