She is survived by: her daughter Deborah Baxter of Norfolk; her grandchildren, Chris Baxter Jr., Shannon LaBrake and Trace Baxter; her siblings, Athel H. Brown Jr., Myrna Brown, Massena Henry and Keitha Henry; her husband Pete; and her sister Betty Dean. She is also survived by her seven great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.
