He is survived by: his wife Norma; his children, Thomas Burns of Norwood, Carl Burns-Normandin, Susan Burns-Normandin, Potsdam, Ted, Patti Burns-Skomsky and Rochester; his grandchildren, Benjamin Skomsky, Matthew Normandin, Patrick Normandin, Ellie Burns and Lucie Burns; and also, Raymondville and Sheila Burns of Norwood.
