She was predeceased by: her grandparents, Charles, Alice Sherman, Robert and Anna Doran. She is survived by: her son Parker Eli Mintz; her parents, Arthur Doran and Elaine Sherman; and her brother Arthur J. Doran Jr. (Christine Wright) of Meriden, CT. She is also survived by many aunts, uncles, and cousins.

Memorial donations in Chelsey's memory can be made to St. Joseph's Nursing Home, Ogdensburg or Hope Lodge in Burlington, VT.
