It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Chase R. Baxter (Norfolk, New York), born in Massena, New York, who passed away on March 1, 2022, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Robert and Nancy McCarthy; his great-grandparents, Pete and Joan Smith; and his mother Bobbi McCarthy.
He is survived by: his grandparents, Chris (Robin Baxter Sr.) and Deborah Baxter; his siblings, Brandon Baxter (Jerrianne Burch), Gerald Dissottle, Dustin Baxter (Savanah Planty), Patince Dissottle and Frankie Lyn Scott (Cameron Sharlow); his nieces, Peyton, Alley, Chloe and Harper; and his father Chris W. Baxter Jr. (Amanda Allen). He is also survived by his family and friends, especially his beloved nieces.
