He was predeceased by: his parents, William Edward Wallace and Clair Mae Chamberlain Wallace; and his son Robert Kyle Wallace. He is survived by: his wife Patricia Kern Herman; his sons, Norris Wallace, William E. Wallace II and Roland F. Wallace; his grandson William Andrew Wallace; his stepsons, Charles Herman, Victor Herman (Suzanne) and Joseph Herman (Elizabeth); his stepgrandchildren, Sophia Herman, Alessandra Black (James), Amanda Snellings (Michael), Santiago and Christopher Herman; and his stepgreat-grandson William Snellings.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the Saint Kateri Tekakwitha Parish (2216 Rosa Rd, Schenectady, NY 12309). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location.
