He is survived by: his uncle Andrew B. O'Keefe Sr.; his aunt Karen Lund O'Keefe of Cincinnati, OH; his sister Janet Randall Lund of Niskayuna, NY; and his cousins, Linda, Brian Dillion, Barbara and Don Smith of Bradenton, FL.
