She is survived by: her father Barry Levine; her husband Paul MacFarland; her children, Patrice McElrath (Chuck) and Michael MacFarland (Kara); and her siblings, Janice Siniski (Joe), Kim Landauer (Pete), Tracy Amsden, Butch Levine (Laurie), Bill Craft (Libbie), Brian Craft (Stacie) and Kevin Craft (Connie). She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
