He was predeceased by: his parents, Frances Milliman and George Milliman; and his brother Joseph B. Smith, Jr.. He is survived by: his wife Ella Mae Smith; his children, Tim (Stacy), Bill (Ursula), Danielle and Jennifer (Coreen); his siblings, Donna Bohler and Michele Renzi (Neal); his grandchildren, Alize, Dajour, Elycia, Dasia, Kiyarra, Lauren, Katharina and Grace; and his great grandchildren, Avion, Laylah and Leilani. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
