He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Thurman Hazen and Grace Hazen (Smith); his wife Bonnie Premo; his children, Lee Hazen (Kamie) of Nicholville, Holly Hazen, Ginger Hawhee of Central Square, Heidi Hazen-Forte of Central Square and Amy Hazen of North Lawrence; his grandchildren, Michelle, Eric Hazen (Aleesha LaBounty), Leanna Hazen (Kenny Schneller), Nicholas Hazen, Austin Forte and Aaron Forte; his great grandchildren, Brody Hazen, Harper Hazen, Cooper Schneller, Carsen Schneller and Thunder; his siblings, Rodger Hazen (Paul Covell) of Hannawa Falls and Thomas Hazen (Kathy); his great grandchild Aubreah Hazen; and his sister Ann Hazen Smith. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
