He was predeceased by: his brother Rodney A. Burns. He is survived by: his wife Carrie Bugbee (Baxter); and his siblings, Bridget Cardinal (Josh), Jake Burns and Mark Burns (Barb). He is also survived by brother and best friend all in one, as well as aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.
