She was predeceased by: her parents, Linda Rose and Alfred Rose; and her sister Tammy Harris. She is survived by: her sons, DJ Pitts and Isaiah Butler (Bethany Butler); her brother Terry Rose; her grandchildren, Julian Fisher, Audrianna, Kianna Pitts, Za'Lyliah Butler, Jesiyah and Tristen Young; her husband Donald Byrd; and her nieces and nephews, Mariah Rose, Danielle Lee, Jasmine Lee Rose (Christopher Zavala), Jordan, Tre Harris, Aaliyah Lee-Bayor and Leondro Rose-Zavala. She is also survived by family, close friends.
In place of flowers, the family requests donations to the American Cancer Society in Tina's memory to support the fight against pancreatic cancer.
