He is survived by: his granddaughter Redskins of Washington; his wife Mimi Dziuba; his daughters, Jessica McDonald (Michael) and Jillian Dziuba (Juan); his grandchildren, Anthony, Alayna, Orion, Phoenix, Fox and Zen; and his siblings, Michael Dziuba (Marlene), Mat Dziuba, Kathy Dziuba and Laurie Bowen (Bret). He is also survived by brother and sister-in-laws, aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins.
