We are sad to announce that on June 2, 2021, at the age of 96, Mary E. Slovak (Nichols, New York), born in Freeport, New York passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, James Peckett and Annie May Peckett (Carpenter); and her siblings, James Peckett (Doris), Robert Peckett (Carmen), Lillian Rhodes (Elton), Edith Powers (John), Helen Strebel (Isidor) and Forrest R. "Tek" Hicks.
She is survived by: her husband Michael Slovak. She is also survived by her many nieces, nephews.
