He is survived by: his wife Geraldine Forsythe (Rogers); his children, Theodore (Nicole Harding), Thomas (Betty Avloid), Jeff Starkweather, George (Barbara Smith) and Jolene Harding; his stepchildren, Nancy Sykora, Melissa Spencer, Richard, Ronald Santos, Michelle Vanbus Kirk and Kellie Perchins; his grandchildren, Bruce, Cheyenne, Homer Smith, Hannah Lyons, Theodore Jr., Mariah Harding, Diana Vandenburg, Desiraye Williams, Nora, George Jr., Krissy Smith, Elizabeth Johnson and Danielle Warner; his great grandchildren, Arion, Harley, Summer, Autumn, George III, Allison, Freddie, Delilaha, Alita, Lawrence and Bella; his parents, Elmer and Jean Forsythe, Jr. (Cahill); his grandparents, Elmer and Rettie Forsythe (Hoffman); and his siblings, Frank (Nancy Ennis), Donald (Barbara Parks), Arthur (Shirley Gunn), Charles (Sally Parks), Chester (Kathy Callahan), Nelson (Wendy Forsythe), David (Cathy Forsythe), Gerald Forsythe and Mary Louise Strickland (Forsythe). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews and friends.
