He is survived by: his wife Rita Ellis; his daughter Lisa; his son-in-law Michael Mozgawa; his grandchildren, Matthew Michael Mozgawa, Samantha Jean Mozgawa and Kristie Marie (Robert Clark); and his great grandchild Attius Clark.
