She was predeceased by: her parents, Lovenia Netter and Harry Netter Sr. Kay; her children, Stephanie Smalls and Robert Netter; her brother-in-law Joseph Dixon; and her siblings, Ruth Saunders, Rebecca Forehand, Emma Lou King, Emmaline Venable and Jannie Marie Lawrence.
She is survived by: her children, Sunceray Coaxum, Raheim Steven Coaxum, Ishan Hosea Armstrong and Olivia Armstrong; her grandchildren, Olivia, Isa, Moses, Steve, Christchelle, Kenyetta, Damien, Quaniqua, Kizhaya, Raqiba, Jahkim, Saayid, Hosea and Niamke; and her brother Harry Netter.
