She is survived by: her children, Tomilynn (David Rando), Sandi Jo Clark, Michel Nickels, Luke Nickels (Shelley Chilson) and Joshua (Beth Nickels); her children-in-law, Gerald "Bill" and Kathleen Middendorf; and her children, Elizabeth, Gerald Pencek, Robert Middendorf, Wayne, Cindy Middendorf, Dennis, JoAnn Middendorf, Anthony, Brenda Middendorf and Matthew Middendorf. She is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great-grandchildren; siblings.
