He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter C. Keegan and Charlotte Keegan (McDonald); his stepmother Ann Keegan; his siblings, Janice Farr and Richard Keegan; his father-in-law Walter Jagger; and his sister-in-law Patty Jagger.
He is survived by: his wife Terri Jagger; his daughters, Camille Keegan of Crozet, VA and Keri Yelding of Scottsville, VA; his grandchildren, Ryan Keegan, Brandon Keegan, Karina Yelding and Amber Yelding; his siblings, Connie Young (Jerry) of Longs, SC, Charlie Keegan (Deanna) of Jenks, OK and Rita Cori (George) of Warren Center, PA; his mother-in-law Janet Jagger (Tom Dunn) of Wyalusing, PA; his siblings-in-law, David Jagger of Herrickville, Brett Jagger of LeRaysville, Sherri DeWolf (Tim) of Mehoopany, PA, Thomas Farr of Sayre and Linda Keegan of Wilmington, NC; and his pet Brooklyn. He is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins, friends.
