She was predeceased by: her parents, Irving K. Phillips and Adeline E. Phillips. She is survived by: her children, Jean Marie Phillips, Laurie and David of Rome; and her brother Duane I. Phillips, Sr. (Shirley) of Rome, PA. She is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews.
