She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Sykora and Clara Sykora (Bennett); her husband Leon E. Cook; and her granddaughter Sydney Cook. She is survived by: her children, Willard Cook (Kim Niznik), Kenneth Cook (Kathleen) and Cynthia McInerney (Sean); and her grandchildren, Thomas Cook, Gavin McInerney, Finnegan McInerney and Liam McInerney. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
