With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Ellen S. Story (Nichols, New York), whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. She was predeceased by: her parents, Charles Allen and Florence Allen (Harvey); her grandmother Ellen; her husband Russell W. Story; her son Gregory Nichols; her siblings, Ken Allen, Roy Allen and Florence Tennant; and her great grandchild Cameron.
She is survived by: her sons, Russell "Rusty" E. (Krista Story), Mitch (Cindy Nichols) and Douglas M. Nichols (Crystal DeMarco-Nichols); her daughter-in-law Pat Nichols; her siblings-in-law, Ruth and Samuel Orme; her grandchildren, Cassandra (Nate), Matthew, Kaiden (Kaylea), Melissa, Gregory (Nicole), Crystal, Cathy (Shawn), Laurie, Autumn (Jerod), Miranda (Dakota) and Justin (Michelle); her great grandchildren, Aryanna, Gabriel, Jaxson, Kendrick, Benjamin, Brayden, Elijah, Taytum, Phoebe, Kasen, McKenna, Austin, Braden, Jack, Alex, Tanner, Mathew, Caitlyn, Dylan, Cristian, Ian and Weston; and her great great grandchildren, Oakley, Gianna, Miles and Bentley.
Visitation was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Sutfin Funeral Chapel (273 Main St, Nichols, NY 13812). A celebration of life was held on Monday, December 30th 2024 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
