She was predeceased by: her parents, Irvin Biedekapp and Hilda Biedekapp; her daughter Julie Ann Budine (Mike Schneider); her husband Ralph Bartlett Budine; and her brother Wilbur.
She is survived by: her sons, George Irvin Budine (Sue) and Jonathan Ralph Budine (Susie); her grandchildren, Sarah (Rob), Mikki (Zach), Martha (Bryan), Emily, Andrew, Katie, Megan and Allison; her great grandchildren, Jameson and Beckham; her sister-in-law Cindy Biedekapp; and her close friend Barbara Harris. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews and her dear friend.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nichols Presbyterian Church (140 Main St, Owego, NY 13812). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, March 8th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
Donations can be made in her remembrance to the Med Shed (written in the memo line) and mailed to the Nichols Presbyterian Church, PO Box 146, Nichols, New York 13812 in loving memory of Elinor M. Budine.
