She was predeceased by: her parents, Leona Bennett and Rogers; her son Michael Wright Johnson; and her siblings, Richard Bennett, Connie Lawrence and Lester "Tuffy" Bennett.
She is survived by: her friend Barbara A. Bennett; her children, Richard, Beth Babcock of Kissimmee, FL, Judith and Bob Taylor of Fuquay-Varina, NC; her sister-in-law Patricia Bennett; her niece Leanne; her nephew Stephen Lawrence; her cousin Bonnie Fish; and her close friend Gail Murphy. She is also survived by several other nieces, nephews, cousins.
