He is survived by: his children, Antonio Cowart (Amyrah), Cameo Jones (Curtis), Alethea Cowart, James Cowart, Tameka Cowart, Sholonda Cowart and Ebony Hall (Paul); and his siblings, Muriel Porter (Robert), Eugene Cowart (Minnie), Shirley Cowart, Rosemary Nix (late Climon) and Allen Cowart (Stephanie). He is also survived by grandchildren; great-grandchildren; nieces, nephews and cousins.
