He was predeceased by: his parents, Jose Robles Blanco and Ardella Lavine Tatro (Smith); and his daughter Christine Palmatier (Blanco). He is survived by: his son William Blanco Jr. (Jillian); his siblings, Gail Ann Carpenter, Sandra Lee Ohlson (Scott), Lavine Lynn Blanco-Scroger, Bronco Joseph Blanco, Jesse Duane Blanco and Angela Sheena Blanco; his grandchildren, William III and Christine Blanco; and his siblings, Dannis James Blanco and Kathy Diane Blanco-Dauber. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
A celebration of life was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Geno Good Eats (742 E Market St, Niagara Falls, NY 14301). A reception was held on Saturday, April 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
