He is survived by: his parent Jessie Frame (Briggs); his sister Peggy Frame; and his stepbrothers, Brian Frame and Mark Frame. He is also survived by aunts and uncles, nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Friday, December 13th 2024 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Bacon Memorial Presbyterian Church (166 59th St, Niagara Falls, NY 14304).
