He was predeceased by: his parents, Clyde Allen and Marie Allen; and his brothers, John Allen, Tim Allen and Jim Allen.
He is survived by: his fiancée Julie Clark; his children, Annmarie Shetler (Carl) of Alabama and Richard Allen (Toni) of Barker; his pets, Minx Aurora, Felix Fritz, Falcon Henry, Ivory Rose and Blonde Jane; his grandchildren, Daniel Freeman of Lyndonville, Kirstie Allen of Lyndonville, Michael Freeman of Medina, Richard Allen (Trisha) of Lyndonville, Rachael Artis (Cortlin) of Medina and Zachary Hill of Barker; his great grandchildren, Makayli, Ryker, Tyson, Kinsley and Zariyah; and his siblings, Clyde Allen (Judy) of Mississippi and Mary Baxter (Jim) of Tennessee.
