It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Vivian Elizabeth LeBlanc (Niagara Falls, New York), born in Blandburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 13, 2024, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Elmer Briggs and Inez [Cavalet] Briggs of Dean, PA.; her husband Arthur E. LeBlanc; and her sisters, Lorraine Matish, Johanna Lingenfelder and Dorothy Passanita.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy Hayes and Robyn Proctor (Harry); her grandchildren, Dana Hayes, Todd Hayes (Kristen) and James Proctor (Rebekah); her great grandchildren, William and Adeline Hayes; and her sister Irene Hertzog. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
