She was predeceased by: her parents, William Sr. Siuta and Mary Siuta (Skurski). She is survived by: her siblings, Mary Ann Usavage and William Siuta Jr.; and her children, Lynne DiPaolo (David), Judy Shapiro (Robert), Lawrence and Joe Grabka. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, four great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
