He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfonso Muto and Gemma Muto (Lia); his sister Rosie; his stepmother Jennie Piccirillo; his stepbrothers, Alfonso "Funzi" Piccirillo (late Josephine) and Anthony "Pinky" Piccirillo (Mary); and also Annie Muto.
He is survived by: his wife Rose (Gara); his children, Jean Stirling (John), Diane Bevilacqua (Gary), Victor Muto (Judy) of Lewiston, Richard Muto (Mary Falsetti) of Lewiston, Alfonse Muto (Rosanne) of Lewiston, Dominick Muto (Lucy) of Lewiston, Vincent Muto (Christine) of Lewiston and Michael Muto (Kimberly Moran) of Williamsville; his grandchildren, Michelle Corrente (Jeremy), John Stirling (Kimberly), Victor Muto (Krissy), Laura Bielec (Shaun), Alfonse Muto (Luciana), Gina Cournyea (Michael), Sarah Sarich (John), Toni Bielec (Scott), Richard Muto, Nicole Thomson, Dominick Muto, James Thomsom, Angela Muto, Vincent Muto, Rosie Muto, Lindsay Muto and Tori Muto; his siblings, Aurora Etopio (late Joseph) of Youngstown and Alfonse Muto of Phoenix; his brother-in-law Anthony Gara (late Dorothy) of Niagara Falls; and his stepbrother Frank Piccirillo (late Connie). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
