He is survived by: his parents, Bonnie (Noel) and Jim'Bubba'Briggs; his children, Jennifer Payne (David), Jessica O'Grady (Eric), Jimmy Hill (Heather Aronica) and Jamie Skrlin (Jordan McAninch); his grandchildren, Noah, Andrew, Chloe Sieck, Davion, Elijah, Damari Payne, Hailey Hill, Ayden George, Lydia, EJ O'Grady, Brycen Baird and Nazariah Payne; his sister Nancy Stewart (David); his niece Angel Ruhlman; his great-niece Alexis Ruhlman; and his close friend Ron Catchpole. He is also survived by many other nieces, nephews and cousins.
