With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rosalia Bissett (Niagara Falls, New York), born in Queens, New York, who passed away on November 30, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Stephen Spinella and Carmella Spinella (Miele); her husband Walter Bissett; and her sister Tina Lyons. She is survived by: her children, Walter Bissett, Jr. (Kimberly), Renee Marie Henderson (Geo) and Stephen Bissett (Brandy); her grandchildren, PJ, Amanda, Emily, Trenton, Carmen, Siena, Mila, Kyle and Justin; her great grandchildren, Olivia and Arty; and her sister Marion Spinella. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to the St. Vincent de Paul Parish at Prince of Peace Church.
