He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Carter and Gloria Carter (Hodges); and his siblings, Danny Carter and Carol Carter. He is survived by: his close friend Patricia "Tisha" Sahagian; and his brother Doug Carter. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
