He was predeceased by: his parents, Ralph Barlow and Pearl Barlow (Benware); his wife Sandra I. Barlow (Smeal); his son Ronald F. Barlow, Jr.; and his brothers, Robert and Albert Barlow.
He is survived by: his children, Jason Barlow (Donna), Eric Barlow (Becky) and Deana Barlow (Jamah Destino); his grandchildren, Jonathon W. Barlow (Brianna), Ronald F. Barlow III, Samantha N. Barlow, Nadia, Vincenzo and Giovanna; his stepgranddaughter Zoey; and his brother James Barlow. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lane Funeral Home, Inc. (8622 Buffalo Ave, Niagara Falls, NY 14304). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, February 4th 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location.
Memorials, if desired, may be made to Roswell Park Cancer Institute.
