He was predeceased by: his parents, James R. Oliver and Florence C. Oliver (Fell); his wife Ann M. [Tierney] Oliver; and his sister Mary Ann Peel. He is survived by: his children, John Oliver, Catherine Hyland (Thomas) and Mary Ann Oliver; and his grandchildren, Michael Oliver, Dana Krishland, Megan Bova and Laura Hyland. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren, also several nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to Heart, Love & Soul, 939 Ontario Ave., Niagara Falls, NY 14305, Interment with Military Honors will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery.
