He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest O'Harrow and Glena O'Harrow (White). He is survived by: his daughters, Juanita, Angela and Jean O'Harrow; and his siblings, Tim O'Harrow (Tere) and Merle Lopez (Ron). He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to his family to aide in paying for medical and funeral expenses.
