Cafarella, III, Christopher J. Cafarella and Frank M. Cafarella (Laura); his grandsons, Jackson A. Cafarella and Lucas J. Cafarella; and his sisters, Grace Toscano (late Raymond), Frances Bourque (late Paul) and Donna Mannella (Dee). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
