He was predeceased by: his parents, Lawrence Julian and Jean Julian (McClosky); his nieces and nephews, Karen, Dougie, Patrick, Phillip, Nancy and Michael; his daughter Andrea Scarupa (John); his sister June Buffone (late Frank); and the mother of his children Carol Julian (Hogan).
He is survived by: his daughter Jean Catanese (Mark); his granddaughter Angela Amato (Chris); his great grandchildren, Lydia and Anthony Amato; his close friend Constance Zubin; and his nephews, Vick and Greg Fronk.
