She was predeceased by: her parents, Willard E. Rice and Johanna Rice (Johnson); and her husband Paul F. Barber. She is survived by: her siblings, Thomas, Betty, Bertha May and Willard; her daughters, Betty Skrzypek (Jim), Becky Steffen (David), Patty Barber-Gebbia and Roberta Elaine; her grandchildren, JoAnna Destino (Anthony), Phil Barber-Gebbia and Angel Steffen; her great grandchild Aria Destino; her close friend Christa; and her daughter Brookhaven. She is also survived by daughter, sister and mother to her family.
Donations made to the Niagara County SPCA in her honor, would be greatly appreciated.
