He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Oscar Crow and Laura; his wife Goldie Crow (Richner); his children, Donna Crow, Diana Frey (Raymond Miller), Selina Figueroa (Chico) and William Bucci (Kelly Ligammari); and his siblings, Bernard Crow (Karen), Raymond Crow (Mary), Leota Allen (Brooks) and Evelyn West (Jack). He was also cherished by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, nephews and cousins.
In lieu of flowers, memorial offerings may be made to Niagara Hospice.
